- Set up tables for pantry foods
- Be on location by 3:30 p.m.
- Set up food items and coordinate distribution (no food items on floor)
- Determine how many of each item – each participant receives.
- Assist with distribution 4:00pm - 5:30 pm
- Break down boxes and discard in trash- move pallets to trash cans
- Put away tables
- Clean up
