Girls Inc. is seeking caring volunteers who are passionate about helping young girls succeed academically. Volunteers will be assisting in the tutoring center during the Girls Inc. summer program, helping girls with literacy and/or math. Typically working one-on-one, volunteers will not only help girls prevent summer learning loss, but help catch up those who may be a bit behind. Truly life changing volunteer work.
Schedules are flexible (normally sometime between the hours of 10am and 3pm). Have an hour free per week? Two maybe? Respond here so that we can work with you to find a schedule that works.
Volunteers are needed June 1 through July 1, and then again July 11 through August 12.
