Who We Are
Siouxland Pride Alliance is a welcoming place for our diverse LGBTQ+ community and its supporters to find services and cultural programs that lead to a stronger, healthier community and a more equitable world.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations dedicated to connecting and protecting the local LGBTQ+ community. We provide individuals with referrals to community resources and provide education on LGBTQ+ issues to the larger community.
Siouxland Pride Alliance are also the official organizers for the Sioux City Pride Parade and Festival.
What We Do
We host the following activities:
A support group (Fridays at 5:30 pm)
A monthly youth support group (second Sunday of the month at 1:30 pm)
A monthly potluck (third Sunday of the month at 5:30 pm)
A free lending library
We also do the following:
Connect people with community resources
Speak to community organizations about LGBTQ+ issues
