YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to prayer and the Word of God, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
What We Do
Youth For Christ is a calling to steward a 75 year old movement that seeks to participate in the work of God in making lifelong followers of Jesus. Entering our 40th year of local ministry, Siouxland Youth for Christ unapologetically advocates for lost kids. We are all about reaching lost 11-19 year olds, the forgotten, unheard voices of kids on the fringe. Some incarcerated, some walking the halls of middle schools or high schools, others who are pregnant or a parent and others living in difficult family or neighborhood cicumstances. Whether they are an urban or rural kid, they are lost and in need of a shepard, someone who will pursue them and give them guidance.
