What's an Event Environmental Engineer you ask? Okay, it's a fancy but fitting name for the essential volunteers who make sure the event is set up, cleaned up, and torn down. All of the parts critical to a well run event. From stage and table decorating, game setup, seating setup, to trash pickup, dozens of volunteers are needed. As the saying goes, many hands make light work.
HOW TO HELP
If you love to decorate or don't mind a little physical labor all for a good cause and a great community event, then this is your volunteer spot. When responding, please indicate if there are any specific physical limitations for us to keep in mind. Setup will begin early Saturday morning and clean up will take place immediately following the event at 3pm October 12.
