ORGANIZED VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR LIBRARY
If you are looking for something to do, safely, during the COVID-19 pandemic, have a passion for books and love organization, Girls Inc. could use your help getting its library in order. Girls Inc. is currently closed except for cleaning staff and staff providing evening meals for youth and families, which makes it a perfect time to work in the library and get it ready for when programming finally begins again.
Please note that the volunteer will be required to take basic safety steps, including wearing a mask at all times while in the building.
Ideally, the volunteer would start soon with the goal of having the library in order by mid June. Days and hours of working on the project would be totally up to the volunteer, subject to when other staff are around.
