Come be part of the Patient Experience with this new service. The Extra Touch Plus Care cart is filled with amenities for patients, families and staff. The cart travels through out the hospital 3 times a day manned by a volunteer who offers these comforts to anyone interested. We serve hot coffee, water, have toiletries available and puzzle books/activities.
United Way of Siouxland - Get on the Bus
United Way of Siouxland is Celebrating it's 100th Anniversary and as part of the celebration is launching a 100 volunteer project initiative, with the goal of finding volunteers to complete 100 different volunteer projects between June 9th and October 20.
Dozens of terrific organizations have a wide variety of needs for volunteer help - everything from gardening, to bulletin boards, to mentoring youth. Projects for just one person to large group projects. One-time projects or opportunities for you to help on a regular basis. And new projects will be listed regularly.
So, check it out, find a project just right for you and get on the bus.
