The annual Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive will take place on Saturday, May 14th. More information about the food drive can be found here.
Carriers will pick up donated food and take the food to the post office, where they will combine and pre-sort the food. The Food Bank then picks up the food and brings it back to our warehouse for additional sorting and boxing. That’s where volunteering comes in!
If you would like to volunteer and help stamp out hunger, we need help on Saturday, May 14th from about 3pm to approximately 7pm. If you would be interested in volunteering for an hour, two hours or staying for the entire time, we greatly appreciate whatever fits into your schedule!
